Chief Growth Officer

Beth Rettig joined Pactiv Evergreen as Chief Growth Officer in November 2023. As the leader of the Growth Center of Excellence, Beth is responsible for driving the Company’s overall strategic planning and capital spending strategy to drive consistent and sustainable profitable growth. 

Beth has more than 25 years of strategic leadership experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Pactiv Evergreen, Beth was Chief Sales Officer at PAC Worldwide. In this role, she led the company’s commercial sales, marketing, and customer experience functions. Previously, she held several commercial and operating leadership positions with Owens Corning and Amcor Rigid Packaging, most recently serving as Amcor’s Commercial Vice President of Specialty Products. 

An experienced global executive, Beth has a reputation for being an inquisitive, supportive leader with the ability to quickly sort through complex issues, drive focus and achieve results. She has successfully led and developed high-performing global teams and she played a leading role in multiple mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. 

Beth and her husband have two teenage children and enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with extended family and friends.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
