Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Mitchell has served as Pactiv Evergreen’s Chief Legal Officer since June 2021. Prior to joining Pactiv Evergreen, Ms. Mitchell was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Yamaha Motor Ventures Silicon Valley and Managing Counsel for Toyota Motor Corporation North America. Ms. Mitchell also practiced at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP for over 10 years, where she advised clients on a broad range of matters, including, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, financings, and other complex business transactions. Ms. Mitchell received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, with honors, from Williams College.
